Our services are delivered under separate client-specific engagement agreements (“Service Agreements”). These Terms govern general website use and the consultation enquiry process. Specific deliverables, timelines, fees, and IP terms are defined in individual Service Agreements.
Submitting a consultation request does not constitute a binding engagement. We onboard a limited number of brands per quarter.

Deliverables produced for clients are governed by the IP provisions in the applicable Service Agreement.
